Guava is a Healthy Fruit which Includes Various Vitamin

 Many people eat guava fruits in different ways because which contain large amounts of vitamin C, A, E, K, and other nutrients. The Guava fruit, which has many medicinal properties, is scientifically known as Psidium guajava and is a small tree in the Myrtle family. Guava fruits, endemic to Mexico, Central America, and South America, are now found in almost every country. It can be seen in two main ways, white on the inside and pink on the inside.



The Appearance of Guava Fruit:-

Its color is usually green and also its shape round or pearly also when the guava fruit is ripe, its outer skin turns light green, yellow, or pink.
